Mike’s business involves personality tests and one on one conversations that lead people where they want to go in life. This made me think of a compass and I had the idea to turn the “Q” in “Equip” into a subtle compass. I kept light blue and blue as the main color palette. The stacked logo works well for multiple applications such as business cards, apparel, and a website.
